His popcorn article has only been published in our latest issue – now we have to sadly announce that our estimated friend, author and artist Jaroslav Kremecek passed away on January 28 after long and severe disease. Jaro said about himself, that he was born with a pencil behind his ear. His popcorn stories and artworks are legendary. He enriched the European airbrushing scene with numerous exhibitions and workshops in Switzerland, Czech Republic and Germany. His last wish was that many people will still enjoy his artworks. Only last weekend, he was just still able to review his latest article in ASBS. In our upcoming issue, we will publish further works by Jaro, in which his inexhaustible talent lives on. We will miss you, Jaro!
