Only a year ago Harder & Steenbeck, now Sparmax: The acquisition activities of the Japanese Anest Iwata company keep going. The producer of Sparmax products, Ding Hwa Co., Ltd. (DHCL Group) announced the formation of a new joint venture company with Anest Iwata Corporation as of July 1. The new company will be called Anest Iwata Sparmax Co., Ltd. The DHCL Group will transfer all operations, including manufacturing, personnel, intellectual property, and services to the new company. The synergies from this joint venture are expected to consolidate Anest Iwata Sparmax’s position in the global space as a leading manufacturer of small-sized compressors and vacuum pumps, accelerate business growth, and strengthen product offerings.
