Cricut Explore and Cricut Maker are the two flagships in the plotter range of the American manufacturer Cricut. While the Cricut Maker, thanks to its enormous tool selection and cutting power, is aimed more at hobbyists who also want to cut thick materials up to leather and balsa wood, the Cricut Explore is perfectly adequate and recommendable for airbrush artists in terms of price and performance. With a cutting width of up to 33 cm and a maximum length of 3.66 m, six tools for fine and deep cutting, for folding and drawing, and for foil transfer, the latest Cricut Explore 3 model can process more than 100 materials. Airbrush artists thus have a sufficient selection of cuttable materials at their disposal, such as cardboard and paper, adhesive film, vinyl, Mylar, stencil film, masking film, tracing paper and wrapping paper.
