Some readers will still know the airbrush artist Juanjo Baron from Spain as an author from our magazine. The Bilbao-based airbrush artist and cartoonist Juanjo Baron surprised us with a new type of paint, which he played a major role in developing: Custom Creative Airbrush Colours, of which there are two sets of 8 transparent and 8 opaque colours in 60 ml bottles.
The colours are very finely tuned by nature and can therefore be sprayed without any problems. The paint can be applied directly from the bottle with 0.15 / 0.18 mm nozzle thickness. This was particularly important to Juanjo Baron when working with the Custom Creative Team. The fact that the Custom Creative paints were developed by artists for artists, so to speak, can be seen from the fact that the pressure can be easily reduced to 1 bar so that the paint does not run on a smooth surface. The paint makes it possible to model and draw correctly with the airbrush device – without any colour shift. You can find more information about the colours in issue 02/20!
In addition, the editorial staff also received a package of colourful lining tapes, also from Custom Creative. 6 different types are available: The green tape is the most flexible and is available in 6 different widths between 1.5 mm and 9 mm. The prices for the line marking tapes are approx. 4 to 10 Euros for a 55 m roll, the tapes „Multi Straight“ and „Multi Curve“ are available from approx. 20 Euros.
