In recent months, prices for brand-name equipment have risen and new airbrush manufacturers keep popping up on the online market. Gaahleri’s products stand out for their own innovations, especially their self-centring nozzle system with 8- air channel bores.

In our editorial test, we got our hands on the models GHAC- 98 and GHAD-39. Both units are supplied as sets in stylish cardboard cases and contain English instructions, spare seals and a tube of „Lube“ to lubricate the unit components. In addition, both sets include detailed exploded drawings in the lid showing where each component is located. This is extremely helpful.

The GHAD-39 set, called the „Advanced Set“, is already available for about 60 Euros in online shops. Therefore, we were particularly curious to see how this unit would perform in this price range. The scope of delivery of the GHAD-39 includes two nozzle sets: a 0.35 mm nozzle set for details, which

is already built in, and a 0.5 mm nozzle set, which consists of a suction cap, needle and nozzle and is ideal for thicker colours and larger surfaces. In addition, two cups with a capacity of 7 ml and 14 ml are included in the scope of delivery. The unit can be easily connected to a regular quick coupling thanks to the pre-mounted plug nipple.
