Dutch artist Marissa Oosterlee is known for her extremely photorealistic portraits. Even fantastic sceneries appear tangibly real. Real and fantasy blur, always integrated into the beauties of nature. She is currently demonstrating this in Airbrush Step by Step No. 68 and 69 with her impressive interview and tutorial.
In the fall of 2023, Marissa will finally come back to Germany after a long time and teach her airbrush mixing technique at the Airbrush Step by Step editorial office in Büchen near Hamburg. In her Fantasy Portrait workshop, Marissa will work with her students to create a portrait using a variety of pens, brushes, tools and effect colors, including gold leaf, in addition to the airbrush. In addition to the painting process, Marissa will also explain her approach to brainstorming, subject development and composition.
